Taco
1.
First, wash the green peppers, red peppers, and tomatoes, soak the beef in water, and let the blood soak out.
2.
Cut the processed beef into small pieces of similar size.
3.
Put the cut beef in a bowl, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, grasp it evenly with your hands, and marinate for about ten minutes.
4.
While waiting for the beef to marinate, we can cut the prepared vegetables into strips.
5.
Dice tomatoes. After the vegetables are processed, we can start kneading the noodles.
6.
Put salt, baking powder and olive oil in the noodles
7.
Add water and start searching the dough. You can stir the noodles with chopsticks first and then knead the noodles, it is much more convenient and faster!
8.
Put the kneaded dough aside to wake up for five minutes.
9.
Divide the awake dough into five equal parts. Looking at the photo, I put out a "five tube"!
10.
Use a rolling pin to roll into a pancake, the thinner the better. Sprinkle some thin noodles to avoid sticking to the chopping board.
11.
Heat the pan and change it to medium-to-low heat. You don't need to brush the oil in the pan. Put the rolled noodles directly into the pan, and you can turn them over when you see that the cakes start to have bubbles (as shown in the picture).
12.
Bake both sides until they are a little mushy and ready to be out of the pan. The taco pancake is crunchy because we put olive oil in it when we make the noodles.
13.
One mind and two purposes. While making the pie, we can put the cut vegetables into the pan and stir fry. Put some olive oil in the pot, first add the onion and saute until fragrant, then add the green and red peppers.
14.
When the green peppers and red peppers are fry until they are ripe, add the tomatoes, do not cover the pot, and put them out of the pot before the tomatoes are out of juice.
15.
As shown in the figure, you can get out of the pot!
16.
The taco pancake is ready with the stir-fry! To start processing the beef, put the right amount of olive oil in the pan and put the marinated beef in.
17.
Add a small piece of butter when the beef is fried to five ripeness, the beef will become very fragrant!
18.
After the butter is completely melted, it can be out of the pan!
19.
All processed, unbook!
20.
The jalapeno seeds are placed at the bottom, the vegetables and meat are mixed, and a layer of cheese is sprinkled on top. You're done!
Tips:
The taco noodles must be thin when rolling, so that the cakes made can be crispy and delicious.
