Tahini Hanamaki

Stir the flour, sugar and yeast powder together.

Add warm water to stir 1 into a moderately firm dough.
3.
Put it in a container for fermentation.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, spread it with tahini, roll it up, and cut it into pieces with a knife.
5.
Then overlap the two doughs and squeeze the upper pot to steam it.
