Tahini Pasta

The flour and yeast are mixed in advance and fermented twice as large for later use

Then roll the dough flat

Sprinkle with corn oil, sprinkle with salt, add tahini

Then roll it up from one end

Then divide it into squeezers of the same size

Then roll it into an oval shape and put it in an electric baking pan until it is golden on both sides.

After being out of the pan, it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a strong sesame flavor!
