After going to the teacher's house in Shanghai to eat braised pork rice, I have been thinking about it, but I was lazy for two years before I bought all the ingredients and made a big pot fiercely.

Taiwanese Braised Pork (rice/noodles)

1. Dry the mushrooms, soak the hair, and don’t pour out the soaking water
