Taiwanese Braised Pork (rice/noodles)

Dry the mushrooms, soak the hair, and don’t pour out the soaking water

Put the mushrooms in the pot, put the pork belly

Prepare soy sauce, ointment, shortbread onion

Sprinkle a handful of onion crisps on top

Pour a bowl of soy sauce + ointment 1:1
