Taiwanese Braised Pork Sauce Noodles

Choose this thin strip of straight pasta, add salt to the water (nothing is okay), and heat the pot with water (the amount of water must be more). Generally, the pasta is placed in a radial shape along the side of the pot, so it’s convenient to take pictures.

Cook the pasta for about twelve minutes, and just taste it without hard cores. Remove the cold boiled water and drain the water

This is the braised pork rice cooked at noon. After the bibimbap, there is some leftover soup and braised pork. For the specific method of Taiwan Braised Pork Rice, please see my food space.

Mix the pasta with the sauce and braised pork and you can eat it~~Simple and delicious~~
Tips:
If the gravy is saltier, you can cook the pasta without salt.
