Wash the garlic sprouts, cut into cubes, about 0.5cm in length, and set aside. The pork is also cut into meat granules, add cornstarch and salt to stir, set aside.

Then stir-fry the garlic sprouts and add seasonings (a small amount, because there will be saltiness in the Laoganma tempeh sauce after a while).
