Taiwanese Laba Congee

Ingredients: 70g round glutinous rice, 10 lotus seeds, 20g red beans, 20g mung beans, 15g peanuts, 10g lilies, 4 red dates, 15g winter melon sugar, appropriate amount of white sugar, appropriate amount of water

Wash all the ingredients, drain, dice the winter melon sugar into small cubes, and pour into the inner pot of the electric saucepan.

Add appropriate amount of water, put it in a saucepan, cover it, turn on the power, and simmer overnight at low temperature. The next morning, the rice porridge will become rotten and serve. Add sugar to taste and serve.
Tips:
If you do not use a stew cup and cook on the fire, you need to soak the unsuitable ingredients before using.
You can also add sugar directly to the pot after the porridge is made, and mix thoroughly for consumption.
