Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken

Wash chicken wings, remove hair, and cut into pieces

Raise the frying pan, add 1/2 cup of sesame oil, add ginger garlic and dried chili until fragrant.

Add the chicken wings and fry (because the chicken wings will be oily, so I didn't put enough oil in 1 cup)

Fry until the chicken wings are slightly yellow on both sides, pour in a cup of rice wine and a cup of soy sauce, cover and simmer over low heat
5.
After the soup is thickened, add a handful of fresh basil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
