Tangerine Marinated Chicken Liver

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: chicken liver, tangerine peel, green onion and ginger, aniseed.

2. To remove the peculiar smell: Put the cleaned chicken liver and cold water into the pot.

3. After boiling, cook for about 1 minute.
