Tangerine Marinated Chicken Liver

Main and auxiliary ingredients: chicken liver, tangerine peel, green onion and ginger, aniseed.

To remove the peculiar smell: Put the cleaned chicken liver and cold water into the pot.

After boiling, cook for about 1 minute.

Remove, rinse, and set aside.

Add water to the pot, add tangerine peel, green onion ginger, and aniseed.

After boiling, add cooking wine.

Add sooty toning.

Add spare chicken liver.

Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste.

After turning off the heat, soak in the original juice for more than 2 hours.
Serve out of the pot and serve.
Tips:
After soaking, the chicken liver can be more flavored. If you want to cook and eat, you can add some more salt to cook. Or blend a dish of sauce for dipping.
