Taro and Purple Sweet Potato Yogurt Puree

Purple sweet potato and taro are peeled and cut into pieces for later use.

Steamed in a pot, nutritious whole grains.
3.
Pour the cooked taro and cooked purple potato into the juicer, add yogurt and mix. Squeeze into mud.

Pour into a bowl, garnish with oats, and finish.
