Taro and Radish Porridge

The taro is cooked in advance, peeled, cut into pieces and set aside.

Peel the radishes and cut into sections for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the saucepan and add shredded radish.

Boil on high heat.

Add rice and taro.

Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring constantly with a spatula to avoid sticking to the pan, and cook for 25 minutes.

Finally, add a spoonful of salt, a little light soy sauce, and a little pepper. Stir well and bring out of the pot.
