Taro Pork Ribs

Wash the fragrant taro, cut into pieces, and spread them on a plate.

Wash the ribs, add a few drops of cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and starch, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

4 garlic cloves, chopped and set aside.

The marinated ribs are spread on the plate with the yam, sprinkled with chopped garlic, and finally a few drops of light soy sauce. Put it in an electric pressure cooker and steam for 20 minutes.

Out of the pot, sprinkle some red peppers.
