Taro Soup
1.
Wash the taro and cut into small pieces
2.
Put it in a juicer and smash
3.
Break it up and put it in a bowl for later use
4.
Put the fat in the pot, and the oil will turn into lard residue (low fire). The amount of oil residue can be slightly more, and it will taste very fragrant. If there is more oil, you can put the fried oil in a small bowl for later use. The dish does not need to use a lot of oil. Then add the minced meat, stir fry. Add a little soy sauce.
5.
Pour the crushed taro, add a soup bowl of water, and cook on medium-low heat until the soup is thick and well-done. During the cooking process, keep stirring to prevent the pot from becoming muddy.
6.
Add some salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
