Taro Stewed Chicken Soup

Because my electric cooker is relatively small, I used half of it. Chop it into pieces and work hard!

The taro is washed and peeled. I don’t eat this often at home, so I don’t know how to eat it.

Boil the water in the pot and put the soup such as star anise and cinnamon in it. When the water is boiled, let the chicken nuggets blanch and then remove the chicken for clarity. Throw away the rest!

Cut taro into cubes and soak in water for later use

Put the washed chicken in water and ginger slices and put it in a pot for simmering. After about an hour, put the taro on the pot, and then put the salt ten minutes before it is out of the pot.

Wow, I don’t know if it’s because of the freshly killed chicken. There is a layer of oil on the top of the cooked soup. The frozen chicken in the supermarket can’t be stewed.
