Tasty Roasted Lamb Bones with Soy Sauce

Wash the lamb bones and cut into large pieces, put them in a pot, pour an appropriate amount of cold water, bring to a boil on high heat, and remove the blood foam. Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.

Rinse the blanched lamb bones with cold water and drain the water.

Heat the oil in the wok over medium heat, add sliced ginger, green onion, 5 pieces of garlic, and dried chili, and stir fry until it is fragrant.
