Tea Eggs

Add water to the wok and cook the eggs for 5 minutes. Knock each side of the egg with chopsticks, put it in the pressure cooker, and add appropriate amount of water (not too much water)

Put 3 bay leaves, 3 star anises, 2 cinnamon sticks, and appropriate amount of dried chilies.

Continue to put an appropriate amount of black tea leaves.

Finally put the dark soy sauce and salt (add more salt) and stir.

Press the soup button in the pressure cooker.

When it's cooked, let it soak overnight to make it more delicious.

If you want to eat a few, take a few, not more than 2 a day. The soup has been soaking.
