Tea Eggs

Wash the ingredients and prepare.

Put the washed eggs into the pot and pour cold water. After boiling, remove the eggs and lightly break the eggshells.

Wash the pot, add eggs, add pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, cumin, grass and bay leaves. Add water to the eggs.

After the water boils, add tea leaves, dark soy sauce, and salt, close the lid, simmer for 8 minutes on medium-low heat, and turn off the heat. Soak it overnight.
