Tea Eggs

Prepare accessories, such as black tea ➕ star anise, and beef powder seasonings bought in Chinese supermarkets. I see that they are all available and buy them. Friends in need can go to the supermarket to buy them.

Cooked in one pot! Put the tea leaves together with the ingredients in the pot to boil. The amount of water is enough to cover the eggs. Then, when the water boils, pour the eggs in, then add the right amount of salt, and then add two tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook for about an hour. If you don’t feel it tastes good enough, you can take one out and try it first. Isn’t there a lot of eggs anyway? Add soy sauce and salt if it doesn't taste good.
