Tea Eggs

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add pepper, star anise, and cinnamon, heat it to a boil, turn off the heat for 5 minutes.

Add tea leaves, soak and let cool. Add soy sauce, salt (as much as possible), sugar, and raw eggs.

After the high heat is boiled, change to low heat and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Break the eggshell with a spoon, then put it back in the pot and continue to cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat. (It is recommended to knock the eggshell again after completion) Soak it for more than one day.
