Tea Eggs

Prepare the tea and spices

Wash the eggs well and cook them. (It can be cooked in a pot, the egg cooker I use is very convenient)

After the egg is cooked, take it out, use a spoon or spatula to crack the surface of the egg

Put cold water in the pot, put the spices and tea leaves in to boil

After the soup is boiled, add the dark soy sauce and salt, add the egg and cook together
6.
Cover the pot, simmer for 10 minutes on medium and low heat, turn off the heat, soak for more than 8 hours, let the eggs taste delicious and start eating
Tips:
1. The tea eggs served overnight are the most delicious;
2. I use Tieguanyin for tea, so you can choose the tea you like to make;
3. Spices can be added according to your preference and taste.
