Tea Eggs

1. Wash the eggs with clean water

2. Prepare spices: star anise, anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, pepper, tangerine peel, tea, ginger, garlic

3. Put water in the pot, add salt and soy sauce, put the spices and eggs in the pot and cook

4. After the egg is cooked, break the shell of the egg with a spoon and continue to cook

5. After boiling on high heat for half an hour, simmer on low heat for another hour, then turn off the heat, do not open the lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Ready to serve on a plate.

Tips:

1. The eggs must be washed clean. 2. If you want to be more tasty, the overnight egg actually tastes better!
