Tea-scented Dried Tofu

1. Prepare the materials;

2. Make an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add salt and boil;

4. Make another boil in water, add dried tofu, scented tea, soy sauce and brown sugar;

Tips:
1. Add some salt when blanching the dried tofu to get rid of the beany taste, and the dried tofu will also add some bottom flavor;
2. Put the amount of brown sugar and soy sauce according to your own taste. It is not recommended to put too much soy sauce, otherwise the dried tofu will turn black after it is done;
3. Don't use too much water to cook the dried tofu, it's fine if you don't have the dried tofu.
