Tea Tree Mushroom and Loofah Pork Soup

Ingredients: 20g tea tree mushroom, 5g black fungus, 2 loofah, 60g pork, salt, ginger garlic, starch, a little green onion

Soak the black fungus and tea tree mushroom with water until the hair rises, remove and wash away impurities. The water in which the tea tree mushrooms are soaked is allowed to stand to clarify, and the clear liquid on the surface is poured out for later use. Loofah sliced and set aside

Slice pork, add appropriate amount of salt and starch, and mix thoroughly with a little water. Slice ginger and garlic, set aside

Add the water for soaking tea tree mushrooms and appropriate amount of water to the pot, add ginger and garlic slices, boil, add tea tree mushrooms and fungus, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add the loofah and cook until soft and cooked, add the meat slices, boil it, add salt, stir evenly, put out the pot and put it in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's ready
Tips:
Mushroom ingredients have umami taste, so we no longer use seasonings such as monosodium glutamate and chicken essence to improve the freshness.
The cooking time of tea tree mushroom is adjusted according to the taste you like. If you like soft and rotten, you can cook it for a while.
