Tea Tree Mushroom Chicken Soup

I bought half a Qingyuan chicken in the market, with 6 ribs. Because we are a family of three, we don’t need too much meat, so the chicken and the bones are half each, (the other half are not washed in water, directly put in the fresh-keeping box and put on the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator, and then use it for soup or cooking the next day) Cut 3, 4 A piece of ginger slice is prepared.

Soak the tea tree mushroom for a few minutes, remove the black roots, and cut the tea tree mushroom in half so that it is not too long.

Before boiling the soup, put the chicken and bone ginger slices in the pot, add some peanut oil and fry until the blood is dried, as shown in the picture. (Don't have too much oil, because the chicken will still produce oil)

Put the fried meat and tea tree mushrooms into the stewing pot and add the boiling water prepared in advance. Because mine is an electric stew cooker, I add boiling water to the soup more quickly. After half an hour, the soup will start to simmer slowly.

After 1 and a half hours to 2 hours, you can drink after adding salt
