Teach You How to Make Mustard Greens, Shrimps, Pork Wontons
1.
Wash the mustard greens, boil the pot with cold water, put the washed mustard greens in and scald them, pick them up, wring out the water, and control the water for later use. (Don’t be hot for too long, put the mustard greens in and boil the water again!)
2.
Wash the foreleg meat and cut into small cubes together with the cleaned small shrimps, chop into the mince, set aside. (Remember to control the moisture before the meat and shrimp are chopped)
3.
Chop the mustard greens with controlled moisture content, and chop as many as you can. Chop the mustard greens and squeeze out the excess water again!
4.
Peel and chop the prepared horseshoe into fine pieces, and chop as much as you can. I usually buy horseshoes with good skins, which can save a lot of time and trouble.
5.
Mix minced meat, chopped mustard greens and chopped horseshoe, add some salt light soy sauce and minced garlic!
6.
Then use chopsticks clockwise to stir the filling evenly! If it is not too tired, the longer the stirring time, the better the taste!
7.
Prepare the stirred fillings, half a bowl of water for the wonton wrappers, and prepare to wrap the wontons!
8.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put the filling in the middle, dip your fingers in water and apply it on the side of the wonton wrapper, then fold the wonton wrapper in half and wrap it into a cute ingot shape. Coat the side of the wonton with a layer of water to better adhere to the other side, so that the wonton will not fall apart when the wonton is cooked.
9.
Wrapped cute ingot wontons!
