Tear Gas
1.
Cut all vegetables to proper size
2.
Fry eggs in a frying pan, fry them on both sides until golden brown and cut into quarter
3.
Add oil to the original pot and sauté the garlic, spring onion and chili
4.
Add the fried egg and all the seasonings and stir fry
5.
Stir fry until the ingredients are all seasoned
Tips:
1. Spicy sauce and pepper sesame sauce are a bit thick, you can add some water or melt it with soy sauce to make it easier to stir evenly
2. My green chili peppers are relatively small, the amount of 3 pieces is about the same as 1 red chili pepper
