Tempeh Spare Ribs

Put the ribs into the water to soak the bleeding water.
2.
Drain the water and pour it into a bowl.
3.
Add green onion, sliced ginger, five-spice powder and soy sauce.
4.
Stir and marinate for 45 minutes.
5.
Wash the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob.
6.
Place the carrots on the bottom of the steaming pan.
7.
Put the marinated ribs on top.
8.
Put it in the steamer.
9.
Steam for 1 hour after the fire is steamed.
