1. Prepare the Beibei pumpkin.

2. Cut the pumpkin in the middle to get rid of the nodules at the head and tail.

3. Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm slices.

4. Take a bowl, add tempura powder and a small amount of salt.

5. Pour 80ml of water.

6. Stir the batter evenly.

7. Put the pumpkin strips into the batter.

8. Baste the pumpkin sticks all around.

9. Pour oil into the pot and heat to 50% heat. Put the pumpkin strips one by one into the oil pan.

10. Put the pumpkin strips in the oil pan with batter that will stick together, use chopsticks to separate them one by one, and fry them independently and evenly.

11. Fry for about 6-8 minutes on medium and low heat, and the pumpkin is ready to be fried and taken out of the pot. A beautiful plate of tempura fried pumpkin sticks is on the table!

Tips:
