Tenderloin Stir-fried Soy Sauce

Cut the tempeh with a knife and open the bottle of soy sauce.

Cut ginger and garlic into small cubes, and cut green onions into small cubes.

Dice the tenderloin, add salt, pepper, oyster sauce and cooking wine (8ml), beat well, add starch, mix well and marinate.

From the pot, add 20 ml of oil and eight peppers to a low heat, stir fragrantly, remove the star anise, add the meat and spread until the color changes and pour out.

Add the remaining oil again, put the star anise on a low heat and stir until fragrant.

Add ginger, garlic, green onion and tempeh and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce and stir fry until fragrant (not too high, stirring constantly, otherwise the sauce will become sticky), and then add the remaining cooking wine and stir-fry until there is no water.
9.
Add pepper and white sugar, stir and stir well.
10.
Bowl of sauce.
Tips:
The water must be fully utilized during the frying process, so that the sauce is delicious and easy to preserve.
