Tenderloin with Eggs and Black Pepper

Tenderloin slices (home-cooked cutting method, do not require knives, first freeze the tenderloin, a little firmer, better operation). Of course, the meat must be melted thoroughly before simmering. Add five-spice powder, green soy sauce, a little salt, cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes. Beat in an egg and grab it evenly.
