Tenderloin with Mushrooms

Slice the tenderloin, add the marinade, mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Blanch the sliced mushrooms and set aside.

Chop the onion, slice the garlic, cut the scallion into sections, and chop the rest.

Put the sauce ingredients except the cream in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok, add onion, white onion and garlic slices and fry until soft.

Add the tenderloin and stir fry to change the color.

Add mushrooms and stir fry.

Add the sauce and mix well.

Add the cream and stir well, and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.

Season with a little salt and black pepper.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
