Ingredients

Teriyaki Arowana

1. Cut the longli fish into strips or in half, I choose to cut into strips and marinate with cooking wine for 5 minutes

2. For the marinated longli fish, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface water and wrap it with a layer of cornstarch

3. Pour oil in the pan, sauté the ginger slices after the oil is hot

4. Fried Halong Lee Fish until golden surface

5. 【Teriyaki Sauce】
2 scoops of mirin, 2 scoops of Japanese soy sauce, 2 scoops of sake, 2 scoops of honey, 2 scoops

6. Stir the teriyaki sauce in a bowl and pour it into the pot over medium and low heat to collect the sauce

7. Carefully turn it over so that the longli fish is covered with the sauce and boil until the sauce thickens.

8. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds

Tips:

PS. There is no Japanese-style soy sauce, you can use your own soy sauce instead, the taste will be slightly off, but it is also delicious. Mirin can be replaced with rice wine + sugar. Honey is just to increase the flavor, you can also add sugar instead.
