Teriyaki sauce has a mellow taste and excellent color and luster. It is as bright as the sun, hence the name Teriyaki sauce. It is a seasoning sauce often used in Japanese cuisine. Fry the meat until golden brown and burn it with a thick teriyaki sauce. It is a very delicious Japanese dish.
Using Mishima’s teriyaki sauce to make a teriyaki chicken steak rice, a lunch for one person is also beautiful.

Teriyaki Chicken Chop Rice

1. The chicken breast is pierced with a fork, which is easy to taste when marinated.

2. Marinate with pepper, cooking wine, and salt for 15 minutes, while gently massaging it to make it better absorbed.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan and fry the chicken until golden on both sides.

4. Add appropriate amount of teriyaki sauce.

5. Simmer on a low heat for three minutes, then collect the juice on a high heat.

6. Cut the cooked chicken into strips.

Tips:

Chicken breast can also be replaced with chicken thigh.
