Teriyaki Chicken Diced
1.
The chicken breast is cut into small pieces. I used a ceramic knife made of Nai porcelain, which is very sharp and very convenient for cutting meat.
2.
Add pepper, salt, and cooking wine to the diced chicken and marinate for half an hour.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the diced chicken and stir fry.
4.
Stir fry until the chicken diced changes color and slightly browned.
5.
Add two tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and continue to stir fry.
6.
Season with salt before serving.
7.
The chicken is easy to cook, so it doesn't need to be fried for too long.
