Teriyaki Pasta

Large collection of ingredients: tenderloin / small rapeseed / pasta / black pepper marinade / starch / egg / teriyaki sauce

Bring the water to a boil, add the pasta until the noodles are cooked. Take it out and put it in a bowl with cold water.

When cooking the noodles, cut the tenderloin into slices, marinate in black pepper marinade for 10 minutes, and coat with starch (set aside).

Wash the small rapeseed and dry it with water. Dilute the teriyaki sauce with purified water and make it.

Pour corn oil in the pan (pour more oil in the lower part without adding oil), fry the marinated meat, and then fry a poached egg to serve.

There is still oil in the pot. Put the small rapeseed directly, then pour in the spaghetti, fried tenderloin and poached egg and stir fry, a little light soy sauce, to make the pasta slightly colored, and then pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce and turn it over Stir fry a few times and mix well to get out of the pan.

Tips:
Because the teriyaki sauce and light soy sauce have a salty taste, there is no need to add salt.
