Prepare the materials and ingredients.

Wash the pork intestines and fry to remove the oil from the intestines.

Use kitchen paper to absorb the water in the vermicelli, cut the vermicelli into 5cm sections, and then stuff the prepared wild pepper into the vermicelli head.

Pour the teriyaki sauce, pepper, ginger, garlic juice, light soy sauce, and salt into the stuffed intestines, stir evenly, and taste for 30 minutes.

Put oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the marinated rice noodles, and shake the pan constantly.

Cut the pork vermicelli into about 10cm, then put a piece of garlic into the vermicelli, rinse the vermicelli against the faucet, and slowly push down the garlic particles.
