Prepare all the ingredients.

Prepare a small bowl, add 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of honey, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 4 spoons of water, and mix well. If the taste is heavy, you can add an extra spoonful of honey. According to this ratio, it can be adjusted according to the amount of ingredients.

Cut the northern tofu into square blocks of uniform thickness and uniform size, and cut a little thicker to ensure a crispy outside and tender texture during frying.

Tips:
1. It is best to use a non-stick pan for frying tofu, which only requires a little oil.
2. To make this dish, use old tofu, which has a firmer texture, can maintain a complete shape, and is not easy to break during frying.
