Thai Chicken Curry

Peel the onion and cut into pieces for later use.

Remove seeds and cut red peppers and yellow peppers. Cut broccoli into small stalks and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add a spoonful of starch, a little pepper, and a spoonful of light soy sauce to marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour oil in the pan, add onion and sauté after the oil is hot

Pour in yellow pepper and red pepper and stir fry for a while,

Add the broccoli and add the red curry and stir-fry evenly.

Add two bowls of water to submerge the ingredients. Pour in coconut milk and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Finally, heat the curry sauce until it thickens. The red curry paste is salty, if the taste is stronger, you can add some salt to taste.
