Thai Hot and Sour Chicken Feet

Soak the chicken feet for half an hour, then drain the water and cut the chicken feet in half.

Put the chicken feet into cold water, add ginger slices, and put some cooking wine in it to get rid of fishy. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and cook for 8 minutes.
