1. Heat 1.5 liters of water to 100°C in a Philips electric kettle, put egg noodles in a bowl and add 1 liter of water, soak the noodles for 15 minutes, put snow peas in the pot and pour the rest of the boiling water, add snow peas (also called Peas) simmer for 4 minutes

2. Heat 600ml of water to 100℃ in a Philips kettle, filter the noodles and snow peas in a strainer, pour the noodles into two large bowls, and put snow peas, leeks and cooked shrimp on top

3. In another bowl, stir the water with the right amount of curry paste and soy sauce, and pour them directly on the noodles, vegetables and shrimp, and garnish with coriander leaves

4. A total of 20 minutes of preparation time is required
