Thai Sour and Spicy Chicken Feet

Prepare the ingredients, soak the fungus for hair, just use a few of them, I still have more than half of the stir-fry. Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

First wash the chicken feet, cut off the nails, and cut them in half.

.Put water and chicken feet in a pot and boil. After the water is boiled, skim off the foam, and then cook for about 5 minutes. Chicken feet are easy to cook. Don’t cook for too long. If cooked too short, it will be too hard to taste.

Take out the cooked chicken feet and place them in ice water to make them chewy.

Cut the soaked fungus in half, put it in water and cook over medium heat, and cook for about 8 minutes.

Add chopped green onion, garlic diced, chili, a little soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, squeeze in half a lemon juice, a little salt and chicken essence, and mix it all.
