The post-80s have begun to lose weight, baldness, memory loss, and soaking wolfberry in a vacuum flask. We need to save ourselves. In addition to exercising and keeping on studying, we also need to supplement nutrition and improve memory... There is too much to do. Let’s start with this dish that can improve memory~~

The imidazole dipeptide rich in chicken breast has the effect of improving memory function.

Moreover, it has a high protein content and is easily absorbed and utilized by the human body. It contains phospholipids that play an important role in the growth and development of the human body. It can also warm the middle and nourish qi, invigorate the deficiency and fill essence, invigorate the spleen and stomach, invigorate the blood circulation, strengthen the bones and muscles.

I used the black pepper sauce that my girlfriend brought back from Thailand. Simply add some vegetables and stir-fry and you can serve it. If you don’t have Thai black pepper sauce, you can also use other domestic brands instead. There are many types of black pepper sauce in the supermarket now~~

Let us not let the memory function decline and do nothing, because people only live once, and those happiness and beauty must be kept in mind~~

9. Heat the wok, add a proper amount of oil, add the chicken when the oil temperature is high, and stir fry until white.

10. After washing the wok, heat it up again and let off the oil. When the oil temperature is high, add the onion and stir fry.

12. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly soft, add the chicken, stir-fry and serve.

Tips:

When the chicken is fried alone, it is easy to stick to the pan because of the starch when marinating the meat. Keep the fire under control, and it is not easy to stick to the pan when it is cooked in warm oil.
