Thai Style Black Pepper Chicken

Wash the chicken breast, dry it with water, and cut into slices.

Put it in a container, put some salt, black pepper, and white rum, and mix well.

Add the egg whites.

Put in starch.

Put a little oil in, mix evenly, marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into shreds.

Cut carrots into slices.

Cut the green pepper into pieces.

Heat the wok, add a proper amount of oil, add the chicken when the oil temperature is high, and stir fry until white.

After washing the wok, heat it up again and let off the oil. When the oil temperature is high, add the onion and stir fry.

Add carrots, green peppers, and black pepper sauce.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly soft, add the chicken, stir-fry and serve.
Tips:
When the chicken is fried alone, it is easy to stick to the pan because of the starch when marinating the meat. Keep the fire under control, and it is not easy to stick to the pan when it is cooked in warm oil.
