Thai Style Chicken

Chop chicken into small pieces and wash.

Add salt, cooking wine, white pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.

Prepare garlic cloves, peel and slice ginger, cut chives into long sections, and shred red pepper.

Thai sweet chili sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and water to make the sauce.

Add the chicken nuggets from the pan and stir fry until the color changes.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add the sauce, turn to a low heat and simmer the chicken until it is boiled.
8.
Stew and open the lid, add red pepper shreds.
9.
Stir fry until the soup thickens, turn off the heat and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
The chicken nuggets can be simmered for 20-30 minutes, and the heavier ones can be added with a little salt at the end.
