Thai-style Lemon Grilled Fish

Don't buy fresh sea bass too big. Cut it and clean it well, with a knife on the front and back. Soak up the moisture with kitchen paper. Choose about 1 catty for this fish. The perch has few spines and the meat is very tender. Especially suitable for the elderly and children to eat.
