Beat an egg, add 90g whipped cream, 70ml sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

Add 300g low powder and 20g white sugar powder. 40g milk powder, 1g salt.

Mix well to form a dough. Don't knead too much.

Roll into a 4mm thick dough cake. Put it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.

Fold the dough in half after taking it out.

Roll it slightly with a rolling pin to form a 7mm thick dough.

Cut the dough into strips about 7mm wide.

Cut into cubes and arrange them in a baking tray.

Into the oven. 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bake until the surface turns golden.
