The Brilliant Life of Radish
1.
Peel the white radish, wash, and cut into equal lengths;
2.
Place a chopstick on each side of the white radish and cut a few knives horizontally and vertically. I cut it thicker, but a little bit thinner is better.
3.
The cut white radish is steamed in a pot. Mix minced meat with cooking wine, then mix well with shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, spicy millet, ginger garlic onion, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and salt, and set aside. When the white radish is almost cooked, boil the stock in a pot and adjust some salt for later use.
4.
The steamed white radish is arranged into a flower shape, and then another one is stacked to form a flower shape, and the broth is poured on the white radish. If there is no broth, just boil some water, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and pour it on the white radish instead of the broth.
5.
Pour oil in the pan to heat, pour the minced meat into the pan and stir-fry until cooked, add salt. Just pour it on the white radish.
