Ingredients: Enoki mushroom, pork loin, white tofu, mint, large coriander, green onion, ginger, garlic, spicy millet (forgot to shoot).

Finely chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander, and millet.

Mix the above ingredients and stir in the oil, salt and chicken essence.

Stir in the main dishes such as enoki mushrooms, white tofu and pork loin in the condiments. Spread the banana leaves flat and put the enoki mushrooms.

Fold the banana leaves like a quilt, tie them with the sides of the banana leaves, put them in a baking tray, put tin foil on the bottom, and bake the middle layer in the oven for 20 minutes.

You can also mash the white tofu and mix it with the ingredients to make a baked tofu.
