The Golden and Festive Typhoon Shelter Ribs are Crispy on The Outside and Tender on The Inside~

Cut ribs into pieces, add 1/2 spoon of salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, chopped green onion, shredded ginger and 3 cloves of garlic, marinate for at least 2 hours

8 cloves of garlic minced and rinsed, drained and set aside

Ribs wrapped in cornstarch

Fry in 50% hot oil until golden brown

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok, add minced garlic and sauté until golden
