I love typhoon dishes at my family. The crispy breadcrumbs are fried with fried vegetables or meat. It is delicious! The golden color is good for eating during the New Year!

The Golden and Festive Typhoon Shelter Ribs are Crispy on The Outside and Tender on The Inside~

1. Cut ribs into pieces, add 1/2 spoon of salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, chopped green onion, shredded ginger and 3 cloves of garlic, marinate for at least 2 hours

2. 8 cloves of garlic minced and rinsed, drained and set aside

3. Ribs wrapped in cornstarch

4. Fry in 50% hot oil until golden brown

5. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok, add minced garlic and sauté until golden

6. Add the breadcrumbs, add the fresh vegetables and 1/2 spoon of salt and stir well

7. Add the fried pork ribs and stir-fry quickly evenly.
