The Gorgeous Turn of Leftovers-egg-baked Rice
1.
Put the rice in a baking tray. The ingredients are ready as shown. Cut the ham with a knife diagonally from both sides.
2.
Pour in the whipped cream and a small teaspoon of salt, and stir well.
3.
Beat an egg on the rice. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pour over the eggs. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder next to the egg (I really like the taste of cinnamon powder, if you don't like it, you don't need to add it) The ham is also placed next to the egg.
4.
Put it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Mix well and serve immediately.
Tips:
The eggs do not need to be cooked too much, just the 7th and 8th layers. Some of the egg yolks are not completely solidified. Use the remaining temperature and rice to stir together. After heating again, the egg yolks will completely wrap the rice, which is cooked and not old, just right.
