The More You Drink, The More Beautiful Winter Soup Pot----soybean Corn Hoof Soup
1.
Prepare the ingredients and cut the hoof into pieces (I asked the seller to cut them directly).
2.
Soak the soybeans in advance (I soaked for 8 hours).
3.
Add water to the hoof and boil over high heat to remove the foam.
4.
Remove and rinse, and then shave off the remaining hair.
5.
Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.
6.
Put soaked soybeans, corn (cut into small pieces), hoof, green onion, and ginger slices in a casserole.
7.
Add four bowls of water.
8.
After the high heat is boiled, change to a simmer and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
9.
Add a spoonful of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of pepper, a little salt and a little monosodium glutamate.
10.
Serve and eat.
Tips:
Due to the high cholesterol content in trotters, elderly people with weakened gastrointestinal digestion function should not eat too much at one time; and people with hepatobiliary diseases, arteriosclerosis and hypertension should eat less or not. Eating too late for dinner or before going to bed should not eat trotters, so as not to increase blood viscosity. Comparing with licorice, eating at the same time can cause poisoning, but it can be treated with mung bean.
